Crates & Keys
Crates hand out a random reward from their pool when you open them with a matching key. There are five crate types: a general Lucky Crate, a Spawner crate, a Special crate with rarer rewards, a Tag crate for exclusive chat tags, and a Vote crate you earn keys for by voting (with a chance at an extra key from winning chat games). Open /crates to see what you have and preview what's inside each one before opening it.
Your keys follow you between servers
Key counts are shared between Survival and Skyblock. A key you earn on one shows up on the other, and spending it anywhere takes it off the same shared balance, so nothing is ever stranded on the gamemode you're not currently playing.
Skipping the animation
If you don't want to sit through the spin animation on a physical crate, sneak and right-click it to get your reward instantly.
