Claims / Land Protection
Claiming land stops other players from building, breaking, or opening containers on it without your permission. You get claim blocks over time just by playing, and can trade extra blocks between claims if you need to resize one.
Open your claim's settings from the Quick Menu to trust other players at different levels, from just being allowed to walk through and open doors, up to full building and container access, or to add/remove trusted players entirely. You don't need to remember any commands, everything's in the menu.
Pressure plates, doors and trapdoors
By default these stay usable by anyone, even inside a claim, because plenty of builds (redstone contraptions, parkour courses, public shops) want them open. If you'd rather lock them down, each one can be switched to trusted-players-only individually in your Claim Settings.
Mob spawning, weather and time
Claim Settings also lets you control what happens on your own claim: allow or deny friendly mobs and monsters from spawning there, freeze baby animals so they never grow up, and lock the weather or time of day independently of the real server clock, handy for keeping a build looking exactly right regardless of what's happening outside it. None of this needs a rank, just ownership (or Manage trust) on the claim itself.
Giving claim blocks to another player
You can hand over some of your own bonus claim blocks to someone else with /giveclaimblocks, useful for helping a friend get started or for pooling blocks toward a shared build.
