Portals
Nova Haven uses custom portals instead of vanilla portal linking. Move between dimensions with /nether, /end, and /overworld, or by using the portals built at spawn.
Because the linking is custom, you don't run into the usual vanilla problem of two portals quietly connecting to each other somewhere you didn't intend.
