Locator bar
By default, nearby players show up as small directional indicators at the top of your screen, and you show up on theirs. Turn your own off with /locator, or narrow how far it reaches with /locator radius. It only changes your own visibility, nobody else is affected.
Hiding from the web map
The live map on this site shows online players by default. If you'd rather not have your position public, /hidefrommap takes you off it while leaving everything else about your gameplay unchanged. (Survival only for now.)
